aspell-no software package provides Norwegian dictionary for aspell, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-no
aspell-no is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-no package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-no *
You will get with aspell-no package name, version, architecture and description in a table
