acl2-books-certs software package provides Computational Logic for Applicative Common Lisp: library certificates, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install acl2-books-certs
acl2-books-certs is installed in your system.
