libghc-data-binary-ieee754-pro software package provides parser/serialiser for IEEE-754 floating-point values; profiling libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-data-binary-ieee754-pro
libghc-data-binary-ieee754-pro is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-data-binary-ieee754-pro package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-data-binary-ieee754-pro*
