libgfortran-4.9-dev-ppc64el-cr software package provides Runtime library for GNU Fortran applications (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgfortran-4.9-dev-ppc64el-cr
libgfortran-4.9-dev-ppc64el-cr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgfortran-4.9-dev-ppc64el-cr package were installed using the commands given below,
