libgenders-perl software package provides perl interface to the LLNL genders cluster management utilities, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgenders-perl
libgenders-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgenders-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgenders-perl *
You will get with libgenders-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
