libgdf0 software package provides IO library for the GDF (general dataformat for biosignals), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgdf0
libgdf0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgdf0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgdf0 *
You will get with libgdf0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
