libfuzzylite-dev software package provides fuzzy logic control development headers, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfuzzylite-dev
libfuzzylite-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfuzzylite-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfuzzylite-dev *
You will get with libfuzzylite-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
