libfunction-fallback-coreorpp- software package provides set of functions using non-core XS modules with pure-Perl/core fallback, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfunction-fallback-coreorpp-
libfunction-fallback-coreorpp- is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfunction-fallback-coreorpp- package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfunction-fallback-coreorpp-*
