libfreehep-graphicsio-java software package provides FreeHEP GraphicsIO Base Library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfreehep-graphicsio-java
libfreehep-graphicsio-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfreehep-graphicsio-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfreehep-graphicsio-java *
You will get with libfreehep-graphicsio-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
