libfox-1.6-dev software package provides FOX C++ GUI Toolkit - development headers, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfox-1.6-dev
libfox-1.6-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfox-1.6-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfox-1.6-dev *
You will get with libfox-1.6-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
