libfolks25 software package provides library to aggregates people into metacontacts, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfolks25
libfolks25 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfolks25 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfolks25 *
You will get with libfolks25 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
