libflint-2.5.2 software package provides C library for number theory, shared library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libflint-2.5.2
libflint-2.5.2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libflint-2.5.2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libflint-2.5.2 *
You will get with libflint-2.5.2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
