libfile-tee-perl software package provides Perl module to duplicate streams like the tee unix command, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfile-tee-perl
libfile-tee-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfile-tee-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfile-tee-perl *
You will get with libfile-tee-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
