libffi-platypus-perl software package provides module to create Perl bindings to non-Perl libraries with FFI, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libffi-platypus-perl
libffi-platypus-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libffi-platypus-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libffi-platypus-perl *
You will get with libffi-platypus-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
