libfcitx-utils0 software package provides Flexible Input Method Framework - utility support library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfcitx-utils0
libfcitx-utils0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfcitx-utils0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfcitx-utils0 *
