libexplain51 software package provides library of system-call-specific strerror repl, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libexplain51
libexplain51 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libexplain51 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libexplain51 *
You will get with libexplain51 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
