libexperimental-perl software package provides pragma for making experimental features easy, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libexperimental-perl
libexperimental-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libexperimental-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libexperimental-perl *
You will get with libexperimental-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
