libethumb-client-bin software package provides D-Bus activated helper binary to create thumbnails with libethumb, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libethumb-client-bin
libethumb-client-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libethumb-client-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libethumb-client-bin *
You will get with libethumb-client-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
