libenet7 software package provides thin network communication layer on top of UDP, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libenet7
libenet7 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libenet7 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libenet7 *
You will get with libenet7 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
