libdwarf1 software package provides library to consume and produce DWARF debug information (runtime), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdwarf1
libdwarf1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdwarf1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdwarf1 *
You will get with libdwarf1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
