libdw1 software package provides library that provides access to the DWARF debug information, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdw1
libdw1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdw1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdw1 *
You will get with libdw1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
