libdouble-conversion-dbg software package provides routines to convert IEEE floats to and from strings (debugging symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdouble-conversion-dbg
libdouble-conversion-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdouble-conversion-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdouble-conversion-dbg *
You will get with libdouble-conversion-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
