libdose3-ocaml-dev software package provides OCaml libraries for package dependencies (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdose3-ocaml-dev
libdose3-ocaml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdose3-ocaml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdose3-ocaml-dev *
You will get with libdose3-ocaml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
