libdist-zilla-util-test-kentnl software package provides Module to write tests for Dist::Zilla plugins, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdist-zilla-util-test-kentnl
libdist-zilla-util-test-kentnl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdist-zilla-util-test-kentnl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdist-zilla-util-test-kentnl*
