libdfp1 software package provides decimal floating point library (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdfp1
libdfp1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdfp1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdfp1 *
You will get with libdfp1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
