libdebian-package-html-perl software package provides generates HTML from a Debian source/binary package, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdebian-package-html-perl
libdebian-package-html-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdebian-package-html-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdebian-package-html-perl *
You will get with libdebian-package-html-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
