libdca-utils software package provides decoding library for DTS Coherent Acoustics streams (utilities), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdca-utils
libdca-utils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdca-utils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdca-utils *
You will get with libdca-utils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
