libdbix-abstract-perl software package provides DBI SQL abstraction, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbix-abstract-perl
libdbix-abstract-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbix-abstract-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbix-abstract-perl *
You will get with libdbix-abstract-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
