libdbd-sqlite3-perl software package provides Perl DBI driver with a self-contained RDBMS, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbd-sqlite3-perl
libdbd-sqlite3-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbd-sqlite3-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbd-sqlite3-perl *
You will get with libdbd-sqlite3-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
