libcyassl5 software package provides transitional dummy package with compatibility links, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcyassl5
libcyassl5 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcyassl5 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcyassl5 *
You will get with libcyassl5 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
