libcss-parser-pp0v5 software package provides simple CSS1 parser library for C++, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcss-parser-pp0v5
libcss-parser-pp0v5 is installed in your system.
