libcpan-perl-releases-perl software package provides module for mapping Perl releases on CPAN to the location of the tarballs, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcpan-perl-releases-perl
libcpan-perl-releases-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcpan-perl-releases-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
