libcorkipset1 software package provides C library to store sets/maps of IP address, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcorkipset1
libcorkipset1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcorkipset1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcorkipset1 *
You will get with libcorkipset1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
