libcorelinux-dev software package provides Foundation Classes, Design Patterns, IPC and Threads, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcorelinux-dev
libcorelinux-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcorelinux-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcorelinux-dev *
You will get with libcorelinux-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
