libconst-fast-perl software package provides facility for creating read-only scalars, arrays, and hashes, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libconst-fast-perl
libconst-fast-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libconst-fast-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libconst-fast-perl *
You will get with libconst-fast-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
