libcompare-camlp4-dev software package provides OCaml syntax extension for deriving compare functions automatically, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcompare-camlp4-dev
libcompare-camlp4-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcompare-camlp4-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcompare-camlp4-dev *
You will get with libcompare-camlp4-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
