libcollada2gltfconvert-dev software package provides COLLADA to glTF conversion library -- development, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcollada2gltfconvert-dev
libcollada2gltfconvert-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcollada2gltfconvert-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcollada2gltfconvert-dev *
