libcneartree-dev software package provides Library and headers for solving the Nearest Neighbor Problem, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcneartree-dev
libcneartree-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcneartree-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcneartree-dev *
You will get with libcneartree-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
