libclass-loader-perl software package provides module to load modules and create objects on command, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclass-loader-perl
libclass-loader-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclass-loader-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclass-loader-perl *
You will get with libclass-loader-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
