libclass-dbi-perl software package provides convenient abstraction layer to a database, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclass-dbi-perl
libclass-dbi-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclass-dbi-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclass-dbi-perl *
You will get with libclass-dbi-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
