libcgsi-gsoap-dbg software package provides GSI plugin for gSOAP - debug symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgsi-gsoap-dbg
libcgsi-gsoap-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgsi-gsoap-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgsi-gsoap-dbg *
You will get with libcgsi-gsoap-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
