libcgi-pm-perl software package provides module for Common Gateway Interface applications, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-pm-perl
libcgi-pm-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-pm-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-pm-perl *
You will get with libcgi-pm-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
