libcgi-application-plugin-view software package provides set of debugging tools for CGI::Application, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcgi-application-plugin-view
libcgi-application-plugin-view is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcgi-application-plugin-view package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcgi-application-plugin-view*
You will get with libcgi-application-plugin-view package name, version, architecture and description in a table
