libcegui-mk2-0.8.7-dbg software package provides Crazy Eddie's GUI (debugging libraries), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcegui-mk2-0.8.7-dbg
libcegui-mk2-0.8.7-dbg is installed in your system.
