libcasa-ms2 software package provides CASA MeasurementSet library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcasa-ms2
libcasa-ms2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcasa-ms2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcasa-ms2 *
You will get with libcasa-ms2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
