libbytes-random-secure-perl software package provides Perl extension to generate cryptographically-secure random bytes, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbytes-random-secure-perl
libbytes-random-secure-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbytes-random-secure-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbytes-random-secure-perl *
You will get with libbytes-random-secure-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
