libbdplus0-dbg software package provides implementation of BD+ for reading Blu-ray Discs (debugging symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbdplus0-dbg
libbdplus0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbdplus0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbdplus0-dbg *
You will get with libbdplus0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
