libbde-dbg software package provides BitLocker Drive Encryption access library -- debug symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbde-dbg
libbde-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbde-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbde-dbg *
You will get with libbde-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
