libbase64-ocaml software package provides Base64 encoding and decoding OCaml library (runtime files), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbase64-ocaml
libbase64-ocaml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbase64-ocaml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbase64-ocaml *
You will get with libbase64-ocaml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
