libasan3-ppc64el-cross software package provides AddressSanitizer -- a fast memory error detector, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libasan3-ppc64el-cross
libasan3-ppc64el-cross is installed in your system.
